“I’ve been living at Avasa for almost a year now and it has been great for me and my family. The grounds are kept up, the amenities are lovely, the staff are friendly and our 2 bed 2 bath is spacious and nice. The only complaint that I have is something that unfortunately cannot be fixed as it is structural and that’s the thin walls here. We’ve learned to tune out upstairs since we’re on the bottom floor but you can hear people walking around all day especially animals running around and doors slamming down the hall. Besides the noise my family really enjoy living here and the maintenance team is fast and friendly. The new maintenance manager came out last week and fixed our AC same day and …

“My partner and I have been living here for a year now; I would give this complex 5 stars as the staff (even though they seem to have a high turnover rate), location, and lay out of the apartments are very nice- however, there are frequent power outages in solely building two. March 15th our power went out at 2am then was restored March 17th at 10pm. Having no power for three, almost 4 days was incredibly frustrating. The staff gave out hotel rooms to everyone in building 2 who was affected but we the tenants can’t help but feel like this was a problem which could’ve been nipped at the bud sooner. For now it seems fixed but be wary of building 2. I’ve updated my rating to four stars because…

“When we decided to relocate to FL we visited quite a few properties but instantly felt comfortable and at home at Avasa Grove West. The grounds are meticulously care for and there are always activities such as Candle Making & Sip & Paint. The maintenance workers are very polite, in particular, Pedro who responded quickly to my request to hang curtain rods and a small water leak in the kitchen. Great place to live!”
